What you hand us stays sealed

Clients hand Bond the papers a company runs on: tender files, pricing, registrations, financial records. Here is what could go wrong with that, and what we shut down so it does not.

What we shut down

01

A tender you are bidding on read by anyone outside your bid team.

02

Your pricing leaving the desk. The number stays with you, and we build the file around it.

03

Company records shared beyond the people named on your proposal.

04

An account or a document of yours used for anything except the work you hired us for.

The technical side

The line

Tender files and company records never travel over everyday chat. They move on end-to-end encrypted channels — Signal, or a line your company already uses and trusts.

The desk

Every account that touches client work runs two-step verification. The computers the work happens on are locked and encrypted.

The copies

Files live in one place, not in inboxes. When an engagement ends, you tell us to keep the file current or to hand it back.

The human side

The readers

Your file is read by the people named on your proposal and nobody else, every one of them under NDA.

No outsourcing

Nothing is passed to outside workers. The people on the proposal do the work.

One tender, one client

If two companies chase the same tender, we take one and decline the other.

The paper first

An NDA is signed before any file moves. First contact can happen anywhere; the file itself moves to a sealed channel once the paper is signed.
